We are looking for Apprentice Plumbers to join our team at the San Diego, Mission Hills office. Your role will include assisting in on-site client installation, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing equipment.

The ideal candidate should be prompt, reliable, possess excellent communication skills, and be motivated to provide superior service. A proven track record of client satisfaction is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Client: Oversee services and perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. Ensure systems are error-free and maintain customer relationships.
• Equipment and Service: Troubleshoot problems, create service call reports, suggest equipment upgrades, and maintain inventory including vans and trucks.
• Apprentice Plumber: Learn to install, repair, and maintain various plumbing systems. Install and repair plumbing fixtures and appliances.

Preferred Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; minimum 1 year experience preferred.
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
• Efficient workflow management.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Problem-solving and mechanical skills.
• Proficiency in iPad and current technology standards.
• Knowledge of safety requirements.
• Willingness to work Overtime as needed
• 1 year minimum experience preferred
